Potential Lawsuit Challenging U.S. Department of Transportation's <br />a.m. Approval of the Issuance of $1,750,000,000 of Tax Exempt Private <br />Activity Bonds for All Aboard Florida <br />(memorandum dated March 17, 2015) <br />Attorney Reingold recalled at the March 17, 2015 Board of County <br />Commissioners (BOCC) Meeting, the Board authorized the County <br />Attorney's Office to file a lawsuit challenging the bond allocation <br />letter submitted and distributed by the U.S. Department of <br />Transportation concerning the All Aboard Florida project.
