r2 <br />TH' REAS, the Board of Administration has submitted certain proposals of firms and cor- <br />porations offering to sell to said Board of administration certain bonds of the County of <br />Indian River, and obligations assumed by said County, under the provisions of. House Bill No. <br />309 Acts of the 1933 Legislature, and, <br />TIHEREAS, after carefully considering all of such proposals, and taking into consideratiox <br />the amount of funds available for that purpose, and the approximate value of said bonds, it <br />is deemed advisable and expedient to purchase certain of said bonds and obligations, to -wit: <br />One (1) St Lucie, County Public Highway bond, dated Feb 1, 1920 due <br />Feb 1, 1948 with Aug lst 1933 and subsequent coupons attached at a <br />price of 62*, as designated offering 11B". <br />Two (2) 8t . Lucie County Public Highway bonds, dated Feb 19 1920, at <br />Peds price of 59 each, with all unpaid coupons attached, as designated <br />offering "C". and, <br />71HEREA99 it appears that certain coupons on two of such bonds have been paid to date; <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Administration be requested to purchase <br />the foregoing bonds and obligations in accordance withthe teras of the offerings as submitted. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner Poole, and upon being put to <br />a vote the same me unanimously adopted. <br />The several bills and accounts against the County, having been audited, were examined ant <br />found correct were approved and warrants ordered issued in settlement of same. Such bills <br />and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk Circuit Court. The warrants so issued <br />f rom the respective funds being listed in the supplemental minute book as required by the <br />rules and practice of the State Auditing department, reference to said record and the list so <br />recorded being made a pert of these minutes. <br />The County depository filed its monthly report showing receipts and disbursements for <br />month of October, which having been audited was found to be correct. <br />There being no further business on motion made, seconded and carried the Board then <br />adjourned until the next regular meeting unless called together sooner on order ef the Chair- <br />man. <br />,ATTE 5T : Ch ai rhian <br />0 <br />C 1 e r k. <br />s <br />• <br />1 <br />1 <br />
