MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Flescher, <br /> SECONDED by Vice Chairman Solari, to: (1) authorize staff to <br /> create a new Recycling Education and Marketing Coordinator <br /> position in the Solid Waste Disposal District with an annual <br /> salary of $56,074.44 and additional one-time computer/vehicle <br /> expense of$30,000 by June 1, 2015; (2) allocate $50,000 towards <br /> advertising and marketing efforts in Fiscal Year 2014-2015; and <br /> (3) authorize the Office of Management and Budget to bring a <br /> Solid Waste Disposal District budget amendment for Fiscal <br /> Year 2014-2015 to include $19,000 for a pro-rated salary <br /> portion, $30,000 for a computer/vehicle and the full amount of <br /> the $50,000 allocation for a total budget increase of $99,000 to <br /> be paid through the Solid Waste Assessment User Fees. <br /> A brief discussion followed, during which staff addressed <br /> questions from the Board and citizen Bob Johnson. <br /> The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the Motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business, the Chairman declared the meeting adjourned at 11:08 p.m. <br /> • . <br /> :c • <br /> c3•• '0{ <br /> ATTEST: `�• `�� <br /> Jeffrey R.
