All Aboard Florida — Florida Development Finance Corporation <br />(FDFC) Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act (TEFRA) <br />Hearing <br />(memorandum dated April 15, 2015) <br />Vice Chairman Solari reported that he and Attorney <br />Reingold had attended the Tax Equity and Fiscal <br />Responsibility Act (TEFRA) Hearing in Tallahassee, which <br />was held before the Florida Development Finance <br />Corporation (FDFC). The purpose of the hearing was to see <br />whether the FDFC should act as the conduit to offer $1.75 <br />billion in Transportation Facilities Revenue Bonds to All <br />Aboard Florida (AAF). He provided an overview of the <br />proceedings, disclosed that the five FDFC Board Members <br />did not attend the hearing, and announced one additional <br />hearing is projected for May or June 2015. <br />Commissioner Joseph E. Canaveral Port Authority Commission <br />a.m. (memorandum dated April 15, 2015) <br />183 <br />184 <br />Commissioner Zorc stated that he had learned at the last <br />Canaveral Port Authority Commission (CPAC) meeting <br />that the County's request to be added to Foreign Trade <br />Zone 136 would be placed on CPAC's next agenda. He <br />advised that he would attend the upcoming meeting on May <br />20, 2015 and report back to the Board. <br />15.
