' FLORIDAt Section 1. That it is deemed necessary and expedient to construct a court house In and for the County of Indian,River, Section 8. That general obligation bands of the County of Indian River in the aggregate principal amount of $458,500 is required to be issued for the purpose of financing the construction of said court house# Section 3. That there shall be issued the aggregate principal amount of 645,500 general obligation bonds of the County of Indian River for the purpose of financing the con- struction of said court house. The following notice of election shall be printed in the Vero Beach lFress-Journal newspaper at Least onee in each week for four weeks prior to the date of the Ielection: Rotice,of Election The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River Qounty, Florida, has ordered a special election to be held on.the 15th day of December, 19350 in the County of Indian River at the several places where the: last general election was held in said County for the purpose of determining whether or not said Board shall issue general obligation bonds of said County in the aggregate principal amount of 045, 50p for the purpose of financing the construction of a court house in and for the County of Indian River.
