The Board of County Commissioners did proceed to canvass the returns and declare the result of the election held in Indian River County on December 160 1935 on the question "Shall the County of Indian River issue 845,500 general obligation bonds for the purpose of financing the construction of a Court House in and for said County, said bonds to be dated September 1, 1935, to mature serially over h period of 19 years, and to bear interest at the rate of four per centum per annum, payable semi-annually?" Thereupon Commissioner. Poole introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption, to -wit: uHPRBAS, the returns of the election held on December 169 1935 in Indian River County, Florida, to determine the question *Miall the County of Indian River issue 9459500 general obligation bonds for the purpose of financing the construction of a Court Rouse in and #or sai& County, said bonds to be dated September 19 19351, to mature serially over a period of 19 years, and to bear interest at the rate of four per centum per annum, payable semi-annuallft" from each and all of the polling precincts in Indian River County, Florida have been duly returned to the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River county, Florida with returns in dOplicate and signed and certified by two inspectors and one Clerk in each of said polling precincts in said County and this Board of County Commissioners has herewith proceeded to canvass said returns; therefore, BE IT RMUED that the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County does here - with determine and declare the result of said election in the respective polling precincts in said County to . be as follows: Polling Precinct -.No., 1, Roseland - 15 votes : were cast ".Por bonds" and no votes were cast- "Against. bands".
