VIII. THE CLOSING <br />Upon confirmation of the receipt of the above wire transfers, execution, and delivery of all closing <br />documents and legal opinions associated with the Series 2015 Note, Bond Counsel shall contact the <br />County and release the Series 2015 Note to the Purchaser and the financing will then be closed. <br />IX.
