SECTION 11. REGISTRAR AND PAYING AGENT. J.P. Morgan Trust Company, N. <br />A., Jacksonville, Florida, is hereby appointed as Registrar and Paying Agent for the Series 2006 <br />Bonds. <br />SECTION 12. MUNICIPAL BOND INSURANCE. The successful purchaser of the <br />Series 2006 Bonds shall be authorized to purchase a municipal bond insurance policy as <br />additional security for the Series 2006 Bonds. <br />SECTION 13. AWARD OF BID. The County Administrator or his designee is hereby <br />authorized to accept the bids for the Series 2006 Bonds. The County Administrator is hereby <br />authorized to award the sale of the Series 2006 Bonds on his determination of the best bid <br />submitted in accordance with the terms of the Notice of Bond Sale. The County Administrator <br />is hereby authorized to award the sale of the Series 2006 Bonds as set forth above or to reject all <br />bids for the Series 2006 Bonds. Such award shall be final. <br />SECTION 14. INCONSISTENT PROVISIONS. All prior resolutions and motions of the <br />Issuer inconsistent with the provisions of this resolution are hereby modified, supplemented <br />and amended to conform with the provisions herein contained and except as otherwise <br />modified, supplemented and amended hereby shall remain in full force and effect. <br />[Remainder of page left intentionally blank] <br />5 <br />
