SECTION 01550 <br />ACCESS ROADS, PARKING AREAS <br />AND USE OF PUBLIC STREETS <br />B. All trucks carrying earth shall be covered while moving with an appropriate <br />tarpaulin. Should trucks hauling earth fail to cover their Toads, the <br />CONTRACTOR will be given two (2) written warnings, after which the <br />CONTRACTOR shall pay a fine of $50 per uncovered truck to the Owner <br />when invoked by the Owner to Owner's Engineer. All cleanup shall be the <br />responsibility of the CONTRACTOR. <br />C.
