Any <br />additional certifications may be approved or rejected by the educational committee in the future, and <br />added or subtracted from the list as necessary. <br />EDUCATIONAL COURSES <br />Any documented courses given by colleges, Fire/EMS or public safety agencies, or private <br />companies that are job related and approved by the promotional board. <br />All employees shall have a folder created in their training file to maintain the documentation of each <br />employee's education. The Training Division shall review all education courses/certifications to be <br />used for consideration before the promotional board meets. <br />It is the responsibility of each employee to present current educational documents for their resume. <br />If the documentation is not there, it shall not be considered. <br />31 <br />
