<br />excerpt from the minutes of he Board of County Commissioners of Brevard County is a true,
<br />and correct copy of so much of be minutes of the Board of County Commissioners of Brevard
<br />County, Florida, as relates to the -canvassing of the election returns of the special
<br />election held on the 22nd day of August 1925, in said Indian River County, Florida, and i
<br />Brevard County, Florida, in territory described as Fellsmere Cross State Road District

<br />Commissioner J. W. LaBruce moved the adoption of the following resolution which was
<br />seconded by Commissioner G. A. Braddock:-

<br />S, it appears from the certified copy of the minutes of the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Brevard County, Florida, on file with the Clerk of this Board and to
<br />be spread on the minutes of this Board at this meeting of this Board, reference thereto
<br />being had, that in a special election called by the Board of County Commissioners of
<br />Brevard County, Florida, under the provisions of the law creating Fellsmere Cross State
<br />Road District approved June 9th 1925, to be held on the 22ndciday of August A D 1925, wit in
<br />the boundaries of the Fellsmere Cross State Road District by said law and within the
<br />boundaries of Brevard. County, Florida, and duly held within said district and said Count,
<br />of Brev rd on the 22nd day of August A D 1925, for Commissioners of Fellsmere Cross
<br />State Road District, G.W.Patchen received 8 votes, and it further appearing from laid
<br />copy of said minutes of said Board of County Commissioners of Brevard County, Florida,
<br />that.in said Special election held in said County of Brevard on said date as aforesaid
<br />the vote therein cast in favor of issuing bonds in the sum ofb$200,000.00 for the purpose
<br />of constructing a paved road across St. Johns Marsh, near south boundary of Brevard
<br />County, Florida, in Fellsmere Cross State Road District as provided in the law creating
<br />said district, was 8 votes, and that no vote therein was cast against issuing said bonds
<br />for said purpose; and it further appearing that said copy of said minutes of the Board
<br />of Commissioners of Brevard County, duly certified to be true of said minutes by the Cle k
<br />of said Board, and it appearing from said copy of said minutes of the Board of Coxnxnissio ere
<br />of Brevard County, Florida, and from the minutes of this Board of County Commissioners o
<br />Indian River County, that in the entire Fellsmere Cross State Road District aforesaid in
<br />both said County of Brevard and said County of Indian River, that is to say, within so foh
<br />of Indian River and Brevard County, Florida as is described and embraced in the following
<br />boundaries, to -wit: -
<br />Beginning wherethe waters edge of the Atlantic Ocean intersects the line between
<br />Townships 29 and 30, run thence ';#est, to West line of Brevard County, or to the North-wes
<br />corner of Township 30 South, Range 35 East, run thence South following Township lines on
<br />the West boundary of Brevard and St Lucie Counties, to the South-west corner of Township
<br />31 South, Range 35 East, run thence East six miles more or less to the North-west corner
<br />of Township 32 South Range 36 East, run thence South six miles more or less, to the
<br />South-west corner of Township 32 South, Range 36 East, run thence East 18 miles more or
<br />less to the South-east corner of Township 32 South, Range 38: East, run thence North six
<br />miles mire or less to the South-west corner of Township 31 South, Range 39 East, run
