INC '+ §1034908 <br />Which report was duly sworn to before Douglas Baker, <br />Glark 01rou t Court on the <br />88th., day of January, 1931, <br />The Notary Public bond of Zeman W# Young, Vero Beach .in the sxm of $500.00 with <br />the American Surety Gompany, a corporation, as surety was approved, <br />Commissioners Edwin Ae Holseth and 3,,P* Poole, were appointed as a committee to <br />make a survey of the Iresent building used for Court House purposes for the purpose of making <br />the necessary arrangements to return the batildigg to the owners when. the new Court House Is <br />occupied# <br />W, H, darns, Architect and Supervisor of the Coit House project reported to the <br />Board that the project had bow oompleted, with the eXespaon of a minor item, <br />fhe board expreened their appreciation to Mr. Gams for his efficent work 'as <br />oo-operation during the construction of the new Court Houses <br />Father Mul2aly appeared before the Board and requested the use or oertain county <br />equipment together with the county employees far ove day to be used to level the ,grounds <br />around 8t. Helen's Church.. This request was granted by the Burd: <br />Mise Leila Bunkley# County Nurse, gave a report on her activities and reoommendod <br />that Mrs, Lilly Bond and Mrs. Edna Zouderml2k, both at Sebastian, be placed on the Wafterte <br />Pension Fund list. Mine Baakley also reported in particular on the case of He H, Stevens, <br />Winter Beach, the case of Mrs. Brow, Vero Bch ud various other oases: <br />Mr, Bftabnaa of Sebastian and Mr. 11ingenamith of Vero Beach appeared before the <br />Board and requested that certain roads be iarprmwed a;nVor put in order. Witahe,320 Board Attorney was appointed to arrange for suitable <br />di sposit ion of canning equipment awned by the county, <br />-� Mr, F, G. Fletcher, Contractor appeared before the Baerd and submitted an <br />estimate at an approximate cost of $11189.00 to replace the Finder system of the W$jz er Beach <br />draw bridge# and stated that in his opinion this wort ould be done as soon as possible. <br />No action was taken by the Board. <br />Wr. We H. ;Boyd, Representati.vaof the Speeder Xaoblxl�ry Company appeared before <br />the Board to find out if they might be interested in disposing of their Universal Took Crane <br />in view at the fact that said Crane was not being used, Mr. Boyd was instructed to find <br />out Just Wb&t dispontion might be nade of the Crane and what price would be offered. <br />
