1 <br />0 <br />aq <br />127 <br />WEDNESDAY, JUNE 23rd., 1937. <br />The Board of County Commissioners in and for Indian River County, Florida_, met at <br />the Court House in Vero Beach, in regular adjourned session, at 9:00 o'clock A. K. Wed- <br />nesday, June 23rd., 1937, with the following memembers present; R.E.Mudge, Chairman; <br />Edwin A. Helseth; Frank C. Vickers and S. E. Glover. Also present were Wm. Frick, Sheriff, <br />Chas. A. Kitchell, Attorney for the Board and Douglas Baker, Clerk. Absent, E. P. Poole. <br />Considerable discussion and consideration was made and given to the preparation <br />of the budget for the year 1937-1938. <br />It was ordered that a warrant in the sum of $1515.91 and payable to the Pauly Jail <br />Company be drawn on the Outstanding Indebtedness Fund for settlement in full for all claims <br />held against Indian River County in connection with issuance of Time Warrants and constructi <br />of Jail. <br />There being no further business on motion made seconded and carried the Board then <br />adjourned untill the regular meeting to be held in July, which shall be the first Monday in <br />July, as provided by law. <br />ATTES _W <br />CHAIRMAN. <br />C LER K. <br />- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - <br />MONDAY. JULY 5th., 1937. <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County met in the Office of the <br />Clerk of the Circuit Court at Vero Beach, in the County of Indian River, on this the 5th. <br />Day of July, 1937, and the following County Commissioners were present; R. E. -Mudge, <br />Chairman; E. P. Poole, S. E. Glover, Edwin A. Helseth and Frank C.
