<br />and found correct were approved, and warrantsorderedissued in--settlement_o.f some, Such bills
<br />and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of the .Circuit_Court.- The..warrants issue
<br />from the respectige funds being listed in-the.supplemental-.minute book as required by the
<br />fules and practice of the State Auditing Department, reference to said record and the list so
<br />recorded being made a part of these minutes.
<br />The County Depository filedcits monthly statement, showing receipts and disbursments
<br />of the various funds which having been audited were found to be correct.
<br />There being no further business the Board on motion made, seconded and carried,
<br />adjourned to meet on ;-Mondayv October 4th., 1937 at 9:30 o'clock A.M.

<br />The Board of County Commissioners met at the hour of 9330 o'eloek A..M., Monday
<br />October 4, 1937, for the purpose of receiving the tau assessment roll of Indian River County
<br />for the year 1937. There being no quorum present the meeting was thereupon adjourned for
<br />lack of quorum to Tuesday morning October 5th., at the hour of 9:30 o'clock A. M.

<br />The Board of County Commissioners in and for Indian River County met at the Court-
<br />house in Vero Beach, at 9:30 o'clock A. M„ Tuesday, October 5th., 19370 in regular meeting
<br />with the following members of the Board present, R. Be Mudge, Chairman; Be P. -Poole, S, Be
<br />Glover, .and Frank C. Vickers, absent Edwin A. Relseth. Also present were Charles A. Mitchell,
<br />Attorney for the Board, Wmi Frick, Sheriff, and Douglas Baker, Clerk.
<br />The minutes of August 17th., and September 6th., were read and approved.
<br />It was announced by the Chairman that the time had arrived, namely 9:30 o'cloc4
<br />A. M., for the opening of sealed bids in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
<br />Indian River County, up to 9:30 A. M. Tuesday, October 5th., 1937, for the sinking and driv-
<br />Ing of approximately 144 piling at Minter Peach bridge, and repaid and construction of fenders
<br />of said bridge, as invited by public notice published in the Vero Beach Press -Journal, a new-
<br />spaper of general circulation, published at Vero Beach, Indian River County, Florida., and
<br />sworn proof of the said publication of said public notice being herewith filed and reading as
<br />follows, to -wit:
