1 <br />7 <br />L <br />10 Budget <br />- -�7nt <br />Road and Bridge Bills approved $2711.12 <br />Balance to Pauly Fail Building Company 1515.91 <br />Fine and forfeiture fund bills accrued 2615.89 <br />Equipment New Court House, furniture, etc. 3000.00 <br />Road Districts No. 1 and No. 4 Bonds 8000.00 <br />Reserve for uncollected taxes <br />`Contingencies) 2548.83 <br />®Blount <br />Expended <br />$632.94 <br />1515.91 <br />2250.61 <br />1437.10 <br />3000.00 <br />323.34 <br />167 <br />Unexpended <br />Balance <br />$2078.18 <br />Hone <br />365.28 <br />1562.90 <br />5000.00 <br />2225.49. <br />That all Road and Bridge Bills approved and all fine and forfeiture bills approved at <br />the time of the making of the budget aforesaid and as designated in said outstanding indebted- <br />ness fund have heretofore been paid in full, either from said outstanding indebtedness fund or <br />from other funds of said County; <br />That the new Court House of Indian River County, Florida has been completely equipped <br />and all of such equipment paid for in full either from said outstanding indebtedness fund or <br />from other funds of said County; <br />That all sums due the Pauly Fail Building Company, including said balance in full as <br />set out in said budget, have been paid from said outstanding indebtedness fund; <br />That Special Road and Bridge Districts loos. 1 and 4 in said County are special taxing <br />Districts and are not ego -extensive with the boundaries of said County and that the obligations <br />of said two Special Road and Bridge Districts are not countywide obligations of Indian River <br />County, nor are they obligations of its outstanding indebtedness fund, which fund is levied upon <br />all property in said County; that payments of the obligations of said Special Road and Bridge <br />District Nos. 1 and 4 are r made either from gasoline allocations by the Stat® of Florida to the �I <br />benefit of such Districts or from levy of advalorem taxes in said Districts or from both, and <br />i <br />that such payments are made by and through the State Board of Administration; that there is no <br />responsibility for the payment of said Special Road and Bridge Districts Not 1 and No. 4 obliga- <br />tions from the outstanding indebtedness fund of said County and that said fund is not liable for <br />said obligations but rather the same are payable from the funds of said respective Districts; <br />That therefore the original debt in said outstanding indebtedness fund for which said <br />fund is legally responsible and liable has been retired and a surplus remains in.said fund of <br />said sum of 05964.52; <br />Therefore, Be.It Resolved, that the sum of $2000.00 be transferred from the outstand <br />indebtedness fund to the general revenue fund and that the sum of $1000.00 be transferred from <br />the outstanding indebtedness fund to the fine and forfeiture fund, upon the approval of the <br />Comptroller, to assist in meeting the current and extraordinary expenses of the County. <br />Upon being duly seconded the same was unanimously adopted. <br />The County Depository filed its monthly statement, showing receipts and disbursments o <br />the various funds which having been dddited were found to be correct. <br />The several bills and accounts against the County, have been audited, were examined <br />and found correct were approved,. and warrants ordered issued in settlement of same. Such bills <br />dnd accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court. The warrants issued <br />from the respective funds being listed in the supplemental minute book as required by the rules <br />and practice of the State Auditing Department, reference to said record and the list so recorded <br />being made a part of these minutes. <br />There being no further business the Board on motion made, seconded and carried, adjour- <br />ned to meet on Tuesday, October 19th., 1937 at 9:30 o'clock A.
