Bailey, Secretary of the Indian River Farms Drainage District appeared be- <br />fore the Board and requested the use of the Cotissioners room for a meeting to be held at 1x00 <br />11clock P. M., October 19th., 1937. This request was granted by the Board. <br />Mr. Tony Evans appeared before the Board regarding the leaks in the Court House and <br />reported the water was coming in the motar joints and said that he had made holes in several <br />places and released the water. He stated that in his opinion it would be necessary to scrape the <br />present motar out and refill the joints and that it would cost approximately $1.600.00 to do the <br />work. <br />Mr. Phillips, representing the Arco Company, reported that the leaks might be stopped <br />by water proofing the building and caulking the joints with Duma, - also by painting or apply- <br />ing a coat of masonoc to the Building Which would change the appearance of the Brick. He report- <br />ed this could be furnished-in.the present colas -of the building on..special order. He stated the <br />cost of masonocing..the building would be approximately $1200.00.. <br />Miss Wilma Klima, Assistant County Nurse,.appeared before the Board and reported R <br />Redman (colored) Wabasso, Florida, needed assistance for groceries in as much as he was unable <br />i <br />to work -because of injuries.
