ii <br />The several bills against the County were examined, having been audited and were <br />found correct, and warrants issued in settlement of same. The amount*' so expended <br />from the several funds of the County is as follows: <br />General Revenue fund 07414.00 <br />Fine & Forfeiture Fund 897.63 <br />Road and Bridge Fund 5051.81 <br />Mothers Pension Fund 158.00 <br />Interest & Sinkinf Fund 16961.44 <br />Spec R & .13 Dist No.1 (Int&Sink)2160.00 <br />Publicity Fund 500.00 <br />The several County Depositories filed their monthly statements showing amounts <br />received, warrants paid and balance on hand for the month of November. The following <br />is the amount on hand in the several Depositories of the County: <br />General Revenue Fundm $34,446.72 <br />Fine & Forfeiture Fund 3,462.70 <br />Road & Bridge Fund 7,502.12 <br />Agricultural fund 958.18 <br />Time Warrant Issue of 1925 30,094.71 <br />Mother's Pension Fund 383.50 <br />Publicity Fund 565.61 <br />Spec R & 13 Dist i o.1 (Int &Sink)31,580.04 <br />Interest & Sinking Fund 25,279.51 <br />There being no further business, on motion made, seconded and carried the Board <br />adjourned until the next regular meeting in January 1926. <br />TUESDAY, JANUARY 5th, 1926. <br />The Board of County Commissioners in and for Indian River County, Florida, <br />met at the Court House in Vero Beach, on Tuesday January 5th 1926 at 10 o'olook 4.M. <br />with the following members of the Board present: John H. Atkin, Chairman, G. A. <br />Braddook; J. W. iaBruoe; Donald Forbes and 0. 0. Helseth. Also present were Miles <br />Warren, Clerk and J. W. Knight, Sheriff. <br />The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. <br />The County Judge filed his report of real estate license collected showing <br />$855.00 for the State, $171.00 for the Real Estate Board and $427.50 collected for <br />the County. <br />A communication having been received from Okeechobee County offering $10.00, <br />per month for all county prisoners, it was ordered that all prisoners of Indian River <br />County be leased to Okeeohobee County on such basis. <br />The Deputy Sheriff bond o3 Elliott Bray in'the sum of $1,000.00 with R. J. <br />Dunham and G. F. Green as sureties was approved. <br />The Notary Biblio bond of G. R. Olmstead in the sum of $500.00 with the American <br />Surety Company, a corporation of New York, as surety was approved. <br />The Notary Public bond of Helene Gude in the sum of #00,00 with the American <br />Surety Company, a corporation of New York as surety was approved. <br />David Waugh of 425 Wood Street St. Petersburg, Florida, filed a bill with the <br />County for repairs to Cadillac automobile in which he alleged the damage was caused <br />by County Road Truck. It was ordered that the bill be rejected. <br />The following Road Committee Report was filed, read and approved: <br />ROAD COMMITTEE REPORT. <br />
