<br />After careful consideration, on motion made by S. E. Glover, seconded by Edwin A.
<br />Helseth and carried, the Board accepted the bid as submitted by the Tropical Chevrolet Company.
<br />Mr. J. -G. McCatley, agent of the State Board of Conservation Department ins. -Tallahassee
<br />Florida, appeared before the Board with regard to planting and reestablishing of Oysters in
<br />Indian River'County and requested this Board to act as.co-sponser in a State wide project of
<br />this kind. After considerable,discussion Commissioner Helseth introduced the following resolu-
<br />tion and moved its adoption to -wits
<br />RESOLUTION
<br />AREAS the Federal authorities are co-operating with the Florida State. Board of Con-
<br />servation and with local authorities in the re -habilitation of oyster beds And in the planting
<br />and re-establishing of oysters
<br />in -.local waters,
<br />and
<br />NOWTHEREFORE,
<br />WHEREAS Indian River
<br />County, Florida,
<br />has
<br />received an offer to have this.work perform -I
<br />ed in Indian River County, and
<br />AREAS it is the opinion of this Board that such a project will be for the best in-
<br />terests of this
<br />County and the
<br />citizens thereof,
<br />NOWTHEREFORE,
