<br />The sane being roads as shown on the plat of the Indian River Farms Compo
<br />recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book
<br />2, Page 25, on the 23rd. day of March 1915. Said Road right-of..wer to be not less than
<br />as indicated on attached sheets feet in Width.
<br />We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened
<br />a County Road as above described, and we, the owners of the land through which said
<br />Road is sought to be laid out, in consideration of the sum of one dollar to us each and
<br />severally in hand paid by the said. County of Indian River, the receipt of which is here-
<br />by acknowledged, hereby agree to give the right-of-way through our lands, as shown by
<br />the plat accompanying this petition, Rad relinquish all claims for image by reason
<br />thereof.
<br />It was ordered that A.M.Hill, A.W.Young and D.L.Leisher, be appointed a Committee
<br />to view, mark out said road and report to this Board.
<br />Check in the amount of $1170.00 was received by the Vero Beach Chamber of Com-
<br />merce for back rent on the Court House quarters for the period beginning July let,1925,
<br />and ending January 1st 1926. After considerable discussion, on roll call the following
<br />vote was cast with respect to the proposition of accepting br rejecting the check.
