0 <br />3M <br />letter has been.furnishedethis Board, it has been made to appear that the bonds and coupons <br />hereinabove described were acquired exclusively with funds which were under the jurisdiction of <br />this Board, and that said bonds and coupons should not have been turned over to the State <br />Treasurer as County Treasurer Ex Officio and that they should be returned to the.Board of.County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County. <br />NOW9 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the'.Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County that said bonds and coupons described herein be and the same are hereby recalled and the <br />State Board of Administration is hereby requested to -authorize the State Treasurer as.County <br />Treasurer Ex Officio to return said bonds and coupons to the Merk of the Circuit Court of Indi- <br />an River County for.the account of this Board. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this resolution, in duplicate, be for- <br />warded to Hon. W. V. Knott, State,Treasurer as County Treasurer Tx Officio, with request that it <br />be submitted to the State Board of Administration. <br />The motion for the adoption of this resolution being duly seconded, it was declared <br />adopted by the following vote: <br />AYES: Michael; Helseth; Glover; Graves;,Viokers <br />NAYS: NONE <br />A replat of Ridgewood Subdivision located in Section 12,. Township 33 -South, Range <br />39 -Bast, was presented to the Board for approval, said plat was dedicated by the owners, <br />J. A. Harris, at al. On motion made by S. E. Glover, seconded by Frank C. Vickers and <br />ly carried, the replat was approved and ordered filed in the Clerk's office. <br />The County Depository filed its monthly statement showing receipts and disbursements <br />of the various funds which having been audited were found to be correct. <br />The several bills and accounts against the county having been audited,were examined <br />and found correct, were approved and warrants ordered issued in settlement of same# such bills <br />and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court. The warrants <br />issued from the respective funds -being listed in the Supplemental Minute Book as required by <br />the rules and practice of"the State Auditing Department, reference to said record and the list <br />so recorded being made a part of these minutes. <br />There being no further business on motion made,. -seconded and carried, the Board then <br />adjourned. <br />ATTE : <br />CLERKCHAI <br />----- <br />----------------------------------- --------- ---------- <br />Friday May 12, 1939, <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River ©ounty met at the Court House in <br />i called meeting, <br />Vero Beach at 9:30 o'clock P.- M., Friday May 129 1939/ with the following members of the Board <br />present., C. S. Michael, Chairman; Albert 0, Helseth; Frank C. Vickers; S. E. Glover and Wr C. <br />Graves, Jr. Also present were -Charles A. Mitchell, Attorney for the Board and Douglas Baker, <br />Clerk. <br />it was announced by the Chairman that this -meeting was called.for the purpose of <br />making plans and arrangements for a committee from this -Board to meet with members of the <br />State Road Department in Tallahassee with regard to the right of way on Road #30. <br />After considerable discussion,.it was agreed, that Commissioners Michael, Glover' <br />Graves and Vickers,and George A. James would attend a meeting to be held in Tallahassee on <br />Tuesday May 16, at 3 P. M., together with members of the State Road Department and with Hon. <br />
