U <br />1 <br />it <br />the Northeast oorner of.lcwnship 30 South, Range 34,3ast; thence South between Ranges 34 and <br />38 to the Southeast corner of ToThi,p 30 South, Range 34 East; thence west to the Northeast <br />corner of Township 32 South, Rpnge 34 East; thence South to.the Southwest corner of Township,' <br />31 South, Range 35 Fast; thence 'Bast to the Northeast corner of Township 32 South, Range 35 <br />East; thence South to the Southeast corner of township 32 South, Range 35 Last; thence east <br />along Township line between Townships 32 and 33 South. 1to Southeast corner of Township 32, Rang <br />38 Bast; thence North.on Range line between Ranges 38 and 39 to Township line between Townships <br />31 and 32 South; thenoe Easterly on Township line between Townships,31 and 32 to thershore of <br />the Atlantic Ocean; thence meandering with the shore of said Ocean to place of beginning. <br />To provide treasury funds far the VERO BRIDGE DISTRICT, in accordance with the laws 11, - <br />of Florida, as amended by the Acts of the 1927 Legislature, it was determined that a tax rate` <br />of One (1) mill on the dollar be levied and is hereby fixed and assessed for the year 939 on <br />all of the property in the County of Indian River lying and being within the boundaries -of sa <br />Fero Bridge District for the purpose of tetlring indebtedness now outstanding and unpaid, and <br />-meeting necessary expenses, the total sum estimates in the budget being $3,054.870 <br />To provide Treasury funds for the QUAY BRIDGE DISTRICT, in accordance with the.laws <br />of Florida, as amended by the Acts of the 1927 Legislature,,Amv& it was determined that a tau <br />rate of Four, (4) mills upon the dollar be levied and is hereby fixed and assessed 1939, on all <br />of the property in the County of Indian River, lying and being within the boundaries of said <br />Quay Bridge District for the purpose of properly operating the bridge in said District and the <br />reasonable and usual repairs and_maintenanoe of said Bridge and -the approaches thereto, the tot <br />sum estimated in the budget being 45,078.66. <br />To provide treasury funds for WABASSO BRIDGE DISTRICT, in accordance with the laws <br />of Florida, as amended by the Acts bf the Legislature and it was determined that a tax rate of <br />Ten (10) mills on the dollar be levied and is hereby fixed and assessed for the year 1939, <br />c <br />upon all of the..�qroperty in the County of Indian River lying and being within the boundaries <br />of said Wabasso Bridge District for the purpose of paying, interest ,upon and providing a sink- <br />ing fund for the .purpose of retiring Refunding Bonds of said Wabasso Bridge District, dated <br />=tom-", <br />January lot, 1939, the total sum estimated in the budget being $2,212.88. <br />Commissioner, S. E. Glover, thereupon, offdred the following Resolution: <br />RESOLVED, that`'_sthw,Tak Ajssedbor"-in dnd for the County of Indian River, State of <br />Florida, be and he is hereby directed to levy and assess all of the foregoing taxes as fixed <br />and levied by this Board upon the property as levied and that he extend the taxes on the valua- <br />I <br />tion of such property according to said millage as fixed and determined by this Board on all <br />the property subject to taxation in the said County of Indian River, as.to all taxes levied and' <br />intended to be entered on the assewsment roll under the head of County taxes and upon all prop- <br />erty lying and being within the Districts as described -within the.County of Indian River, as of <br />the first day of January,.1939. <br />RESOLVED, further that the Clerk of the Cirouit Court and Clerk of this Board, be <br />he is hereby-direoted--to furnish to W. R.
