It was ordered deposi <br />ed in the General Revenue Fund. <br />Application of Sherman Henry, (col) Spillway, for admission to the Florida State <br />Tuberculosis Sanatorium, Orlando, Florida was approved with the understanding that the Indian <br />River County Tuberculosis Association would be responsible for one held of the County portion; <br />Of the costs. <br />Mr.O. C. Minton, member State Welfare Board and Secretary E. G. Thatcher appeared <br />before the Board and explained the Specialized Child Welfare Service being carried on in sever <br />Counties in the State and requested the cooperation of the County Commissioners in order that <br />unit of Specialized Child Welfare Service be established.in Indian River County, The Board was <br />unanimous in expressing approval of the plan and pledging the fullest cooperation to establish <br />such a service in*this County. <br />Mr. W.
