to accomplish this result, not inconsistent with the Order entered in the Meredith case identi- <br />fied in the preambles hereof, is hereby fully authorized, including the transfer of sufficient <br />funds from the applicable Kanner Bill Account to.the applicable Interest and Sinking Fund Accou <br />of the issues identified in the preambles hereof to permit the payment of interest coupons on <br />the identified issues of Refunding Bonds. <br />Section 5. That the Clerk of this Board be, and he is hereby, instructed and directed <br />to forward duplicate certified copies of this resolution to the State Hoard ,of Administration, <br />Tallahassee, Florida, which certified copies shall constitutethe authority of said Board to do <br />and perform the acts hereinabove directed. <br />The Resolution was duly seconded by Albert 0, Helseth and upon being put to a vote <br />the same was unanimously adopted. <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br />The letter from.Hon. W. V. Snott, State Treasurer, with off6t of Bonds from State <br />Board of Administration for Special Road & Bridge District #1 was read and after discussion it <br />was decided by the Board that the price on these Bonds was too high, sbma,vhaving been recently <br />purchased for $95.,00 with coupons attached, and the Clerk was instructed to so notify the State <br />Treasurer. <br />The Clerk was instructed to ascertain the company next in line for gasoline and oil <br />businers and so advise their Agent. <br />Jr., <br />Motion was made by.Albert 0, Helseth, seconded by W. C.. Graves dthat L. E. Carter, <br />Road Superintendent, be allowed to purchase any and all necessary needs to an amount not exceed - <br />Ing $25.00. <br />It was decided by the Board that the work on the road across the marsh be postponed <br />temporarily inasmuch as the County is without suffi9tent funds at the present time to carry on <br />the work. <br />Leila M. Bunkley, County Ngrse, appeared before the Board with reference to bills <br />Past due. It was decided by the Board that in some instances the charges made were too high, a <br />limit of $25..00 having,been previously adopted by the Board and upon Notion of Albert 0. HelsetY�, <br />seconded by W. C. Graves, Jr., that the County pay $25.00 only on operation performed by Dr. <br />E. B. Hardee for Henry Owens, for major surgery, which Motion carried. Miss Bunkley also called <br />to the Board's attention.,the fact that Preacher Bains, Colored, at Sebastian, is bed -ridden <br />in need of certain supplies. It was ordered by the Board that Miss Bunkley see Bommissioner <br />Frank C. Vickers, and what ever amount Commissioner Vickers thought sufficlout for his needs, <br />be paid to William Daniels therefor, same would be approved by the Board. <br />Motion was made by W. C. Graves, Jr., seconded by Albert 0. Helseth that County pay <br />$30.00 on the expense of Hospitalization for the operation of Nellie Eason, which amount L9 to <br />be reimbursed in an amount of not. less than., $2#00 per week by Dr. M. D. Councile Said Motion <br />carried. <br />Miss Leila M. Bunkley, County Nurse, appeared before the Board and filed "reports as <br />to her activities for the months of October and November, as follows to -wit: <br />County Nurse's Monthly Report <br />October - 1939 <br />Total number of cases for the month <br />82 <br />Number <br />of <br />visits to cases <br />104 <br />Number <br />of <br />visits in behalf of cases <br />40 <br />Number <br />of <br />office interviews <br />46 <br />Number <br />of <br />cases to private physician <br />12 <br />Number <br />of <br />oases to E.E.N.T.
