1 <br />I �] <br />C <br />MONDAY, JULY 1, 1940. <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County met in the Office of the <br />of the Circuit Court at Vero Beach, in the County of Indian River, on this -the 1st day of July, <br />1940, and the following County Commissioners were present; C. S. Michael, Chairman; S. Be Glove <br />Albert O. Helseth, and W. C. Graves, Jr. Absent: Frank C. Vickers. Also present were Wm. W.Friok <br />Sheriff, Charles A.
