the Clerk and Inspectors of each polling place in said County,a certified list of the persons
<br />duly qualified to vote in said election at said polling place and said Clerks and Inspectors
<br />shall allow only those p=ersons whose names appear on said list to vote at said election and whi Y
<br />persons, as provided by said Chapter 20114, shall be qualified electors who are freeholders of
<br />said Indian River Mosquito Control District In. Indian River County, Florida.
<br />Section 59 Said election herewith provided shall in all manner be conducted as pre-
<br />scribed by law for holding general elections except as otherwise provided under the provisions
<br />of said Chapter.20114 of the Laws of Florida as adopted by the Legislature at its session in
<br />the year 1939.
<br />The Resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner Graves and upon being put to a vote
<br />the same was unanimously adopted.
<br />The Board proceeded to and did name and select the following persons as Inspectors
<br />and Clerk of election of the various precincts to_hold and conduct the General: election to be
<br />held Tuesday, November 5th., 1940, to -wit:
