<br />No. 4 have been exbhanged for Refunding bonds, as evidenced by certificates of exchange issued
<br />by the First -National Bank of Chicago under dates of Burch 6, 1939, May 319 1939, July 12,1939,

<br />Attorney Chas. A. Mitchell was instructed to preparel notice for on four new

<br />The Bo4rd approved, at the request of Sheriff Frick, the purchase of insecticide for
<br />the County Jail.
<br />At the request of Hon. W. R. Duncan the Board approved the purchase of a map for the
<br />Tax Assessors office in the sum of $5.00.
<br />It was moved by W. C. Graves, Jr., seconded by Frank C. Vickers and unanimously
<br />carried that all delinquent State and County taxes be paid before the Board would approve any
<br />replat for reooyd dn,"any lands involved in the said replat.
