I <br />1 <br />1 <br />i <br />TRANSFERRING FUNDS OF gUAY BRIDGE DISTRICT FROM <br />XWNER BILL ACCOUNT TO INTEREST.AND SINKING FUND <br />ACCOUNT. <br />On motion made by Commissioner W.C. Graves, Ir. seconded by Albert G.'Helseth the follow- <br />, <br />ing Resolution was adopted. <br />RESOD, that the State Board of Administration be herewith authorized and requested to <br />transfer all funds now held in the Banner Bill account to the credit of Quay Bridge District <br />in Indian River County, Florida to the interest.and.sinking..fund account of Quay Bridge District <br />for the purpose of providing funds to pay matured bonds and coupons of said quy Bridge Districl <br />The several bill and accounts against the Court; having been audited.,were examined and <br />found correct, were approved and warrants ordered issued in settlement of same. Such bills <br />and accounts being.on file in theoffice of the Clerk Circuit Court. The warrants so issued <br />from the respective funds being listed in the supplemental minute book as provided by the rules <br />of the State Auditor, reference to such record and the list so recorded being made a part of <br />these minutes. <br />The County Depository filed its monthly statement, showing receipts and disbursements of <br />the various funds which having been audited was found to be correct. <br />There being no further business on motion made seconded and carried the Board adjourned <br />until 7:30 o'clock P.M., Saturday/24, 1941. <br />A70, " <br />SATURDB.Y,,MAY 24, 1941 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River Covnty'met at.the Court House in Vero <br />Beach at 7:30 o'clock P.M., Saturday, May 24, 19419 in regular adjourned meeting with the fol- <br />lowing members of the Board present: C.S. Michael, Chairman, Albert 0. Helseth, S.E. Glover, <br />Frank C. Vickers and W.C. Graves, Jr. Also present were Marshall 0. Mitchell,. Attorney for the <br />Board-, E.E.
