The motion was seconded b; <br />Frank C. Vickers and unanimously carried. <br />The several bills, and accounts against the County, having been audited were examined <br />and found correct, were approved and warrants ordered issued in settlement of some. Such bills <br />and accounts being on file -in the office of the Clerk Circuit Court. The warrants so issued <br />from the respective funds being listed in the Supplemental minute book as provided by the rules <br />of the State Auditor, reference to such record and the list so recorded being made a part of <br />these minutes. <br />The County Depository filed its monthly statement, showing receipts and disbursements <br />of the various funds which having been audited was found to be correct. <br />There being no further business,on motion made, seconded and carried the Board then <br />.adjorned until 7:30 P. M. M. Thursday, August 14, 1941 in regular adjoined meeting with they <br />following members of the Board present; Albert 0. kiel seth,.Chairman Pro Tem, S. B. Glover, <br />W. C. Graves Jr. and Frank C. Vickers.. Absent; C. S. Michael Also present were Charles A. <br />Mitchell, attorney to the Boatd,-and Douglas Baker, Clerk. <br />Notary Public Bond for Ralph Sedgwiok in the sum of $500.009 with the American Surety <br />Company of New York as surety, was --approved. <br />Notary Public Bond for Troy E. Moody, in,the sum of $500.00 -with the American Surety <br />Company of New York as surety, was approved. <br />Applicationsfor <br />Janitor of the Court House <br />were received from the <br />following; <br />Homer Smith <br />C. Strait be.transferred from the Road & Bridge Department <br />to Janitor of the Court House., at a salary of $75.00 per month,until the further orders of the <br />Board. <br />There being no further business,on motionmade, seconded -and carried the Board then <br />adjorned until 7:30 o'clock P.
