<br />issued from the respective funds being listed in the Supplemental minute book as provided by the
<br />rules of the State Auditor, reference to such record and the list so recorded being made a part
<br />of these minutes.
<br />The County Depository filed its monthly statement_.,. showing receipts and disbursements
<br />of the various funds which having been audited was found to be correct.
<br />There being no further business, on motion made, seconded and carried the Board then
<br />adjorned until September 11, 1941.

<br />Vero Beach, at 11:00 o'clock A. M. Thursday, September 11, 1941, in regular adjorned meeting wit]
<br />the following members of the Board present; C. S..Michael,-.Chairman; S. E. Glover, W. C. Graves
<br />.,Tr., Albert 0. Halseth and Frank C'. Vickers. Also present -were Wk. W. Frick, Sheriff, Marshall
<br />0. Mitchell, Attorney to the Board and Douglas Baker, Clerk.
<br />On motion made by W. C. Graves Jr.,, seconded by S. E. Glover and unanimously carried,
<br />the following wire was sent to -the State Board of Administration, Tallahassee, Florida

<br />Sheriff Wm. W. Frick stated that it was necessary for the Board to purchase a new
<br />stove and heater for the Jail. Therefore the Board inatuoted the Clerk to write to the follow-
<br />ing Companies, requesting sealed bids on or before 12:00 o'clock noon, Thursday, September 180
<br />1941, on one four burner (including one giant burner) bottle or tank gas stove with level ser-
<br />vice top. Also one twenty gallon Hot Water tank, automatic, fully insulated and fully approved.
<br />Also to advise said Companies that a used wood stove and used water heater would be traded in on
<br />the new equipment.
