River Farms Drainage District as filed in the records of St. Lucie County on page 75 plat book No. 3. Said road to be not less than Sixty ( 60) feet in width. It was ordered that T.W.Jeffers, A.L.Bower and D.L.Leisher, be appointed a committee to view, mark and lay out said road andreport to this Board. THE Following Road petition was received and read: ROAD PETITION. STATE OF FLORIDA ) COUNTY OF INDIAN RIVER) To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of said County: GENTLEMEN: - We, the undersigned citizens of the County of Indian River, State of Florida, respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a County Road to. be laid out as follows, to -wit: Commencing at the South-east corner of the South-west one- quarter of Section 30 Township 31 South Range 39 East; thence North along the center section line of Sections 30, 19, 18 and 7, to the North-East corner of the North-west one quarter of Section 7, Township 31 South Range 39 East. Said road right-of-way to be not less than Sixty-six (66) feet in width. It was ordered that R.D.Carter, Chas.L.Beugnot and D.L.Leisher, be appointed a committee to view,mark and lay out said road and report to this Board. An order having been heretofore entered, declaring a public County road as follows: The center of Section 5 Township 33 South Range 38 East (which is to be a point on the center line of said County road) thence in a Westerly direction, along the east and west one-quarter section line through Sections Five and Six Township 33 South Range 38 East; thence along the East and West one quarter Section line through Sections One, Two,Threef Four, Five, and Six Township 33 South Range 37 East; thence along the East and West one- quarter section line, through Sections 'One, Two, Three, Four and Five Township 33- South Range 36 East; thence along the East and Vest one-quarter Section line, to station 698 .plus 23.4 in Section 6, Township 33 .South Range 36 East. Said station to be a point on the center line of said County road, thence along the arc of a three degree curve to the right to Station 713 plus 71.7 a distance of 1548.3 feet, said arc and station to be the center line of said County road, in Section 6 Township 33 South Range 36 East; thence along a tangent having a bearing of North 43 degrees 33 minutes West, (in Section 6 Township 33 South Range 36 East) to station 725 plus 63.5 a distance of 1191.8 feet. Said right-of-way to be not less than 200 feet in width. Thence from station 725 plus 63.5 (which is on the North rth and South .Section line and. 1310.9 feet South of the North-west corner of Section 6 Township 33 :South Range, 36 East` along a tangent having a bearing of North 43 degrees 33 minutes West, in Sections 36, 35 and 26 Twp. 32 R. 35 to station 849 plus 31.7 a distance of 12368.2; thence along the arc of a three degree curve to the left in Section 26 Township 32 South Range 35 East to station 851 plus 31.7 a distance of 200 feet; thence along a tangent having a. bearing of North 49 degrees 33 minutes West in Sections 26, 23 and 22 Township 32 South Range 35 East to station 874 plus 98.9, a distance of 2367.2 feet; thence along the arc of a three degree curve to the left, in Section 22 Township 32 South Range 35 East to station 879 plus 65.56 a distance of 466.66 feet; thence along a tangent having a bearing of North 63 degrees 33 minutes West in Section 22 Township 32 South, Range. 35 East, to station 913 plus 76.2, a distance of 3410.64 feet; thence along the arc of a two degree curve to the left in Section 22 Township 32 South Range 35 East, to station 918 plus 76.2 a distance of 500 feet; thence along a tangent having a bearing of North 73 degree 33 minute Lest, in Sections 22 and 21, Township 32 South Range 35 East, to station 947
