M. Tuesday December 2nd, 1941 in regular meeting with the <br />following members.. of the Board . present: C. S... Michael, - Chairman, Albert . 0. - Hel Seth, W.. C . <br />Graves, Jr., Frank C. Vickers and S. L. Glover.. Also present were Chas. A. Mitchell, Attorney <br />for the Board, Wm. W. Frick, Sheriff and -Douglas Baker, Clerk. <br />E. E. Carter, County Engineer, made a report as to the condition of the roof of the <br />Jail and Court -House and recommended certain roofing materials be purchased and the same <br />applied on the roof of the Jail <br />On motion made by Commissioner Graves, seconded by Commission Vickers and carried, <br />it was ordered that material for waterproofing the roof of the Jail, which was guaranteed for <br />three (3) years, be purchased from the firm of Luther and Knight as per statement submitted <br />by them. <br />The Board then proceeded to approve the commissions due the assessor of taxes, W. <br />
