LUCIE <br />® COUNTY. <br />Commissioner Graves introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption, to-wi, <br />BT IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />IN SESSION DULY ASSEMBLED: <br />Section 1. That this Board does hereby express its desire and intention to acoompl- <br />ish the following results: <br />A. That the State -Board of Administration, in order to give effect to <br />the desire and intention of this Board: as set forth in A and B of Section 1 hereof, is hereby <br />directed and instructed to transfer from the Kanner Bill accounts to the Interest and Sinking <br />Fund Accounts of the respective bond issues, sufficient funds to permit the retirement of the <br />bonds as above set forth. <br />struoted: <br />Section 3. That the State Board of Administration'be, and it is hereby, also in- <br />A. To cancel any securities it may be holding unoancelled which have heretofore <br />been purchased under provisions of the Kanner Bill, for the aeeount of Indian River County. <br />B. To cancel all securities of taxing units of this County which are held for <br />the investment account of the same taxing unit. <br />C. To cancel, if permitted by law, all securities of any taxing units of this <br />County which are held for the investment accounts of other taxing units of this County. <br />D. To give credit to Indian River County on the records of the Board of Adminis <br />tratjon for any bonds cancelled under the provisions of this section which are of issues orig- <br />inally owed by St. Lucie County, a portion of which was assumed and chareable to Indian River <br />County. <br />Section 4.
