Such bills and <br />accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court. The warrants so issued <br />from the respective funds being listed in the Supplemental Minute Book, as provided by the rule <br />of the State Auditor, reference to such record and the list so recorded being made a part of <br />these minutes. <br />The County depository filed its monthly statement, showing receipts and disbursements <br />of the various funds, which having been audited was.found to be correct. <br />There being no further business, on motion made, seconded and carried the Board then <br />adjourned. <br />GHAIFIW <br />ATTE <br />v <br />- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - <br />WEDNESDAY, MARCH 4th..1942. <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, met at the City <br />Hall in Vero Beach at 8:00 o'clock P. M. Wednesday, March 4th, 1942, in special meeting with t <br />following members of the Board present: C. S. Michael, Chairman, Albert 0. Helseth, W. C. <br />Graves, Ir., and Frank C. Vickers. Absent: S. E. Glover. Also present was Chas. A. Mitchell, <br />Attorney for 'the Board. <br />Others who attended this meeting were members of the City Council of the City of <br />Vero Beach, members of the Indian River County Hospital Association and Hon. Hubert Graves, <br />representative from Indian River County. <br />After considerable discussion regarding the hospital situation in Indian River County <br />the following self explanatory resolution was approved. <br />wit: <br />RESOLUTIO14 - INDIAN RIVER COUNTY HOSPITAL <br />Commissioner Graves introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption to - <br />WHEREAS, Garnett L. Radin of Vero Beach, Florida, has been called to active duty as a <br />nurse in the service of the Navy of the United States and under the direction of the Bureau of <br />Medicine and Surgery of the Navy Department, and <br />7MREAS1, the citizens of 'zero Beach and this area earnestly desire to cooperate in <br />every respect with the Federal Government and the armed services and particularly in time of <br />the present emergency and do not wish to do any act which will give,an impression that the cit- <br />izens of such area selfishly place their own interests above the public good in the present <br />
