M. on Tuesday, June 2nd, 1942, which is the next regular meeting. <br />On motion made by W. C. Graves Jr.., seconded by S. E. Glover and unanimously carried <br />it was ordered the Board of Public Instruction be paid the balance due them from race track <br />funds received by Indian River County for the budget year 1941 - 1942 in the sum of $4016.51 <br />said amount to be paid from the General Revenue Fund. <br />Total Race Traot funds received 1941-1942 $310792.93 <br />Budgeted by County Commissioners.— V 959600.00 <br />Amount paid School Board in April 1,500.00 <br />Amount. due Commission accordi ng to audit <br />of W. -0-. M. Tuesday, June -2nd., 1942, in regular met- <br />ing with the following members of the Board present: C. S. Michael, Chairman; S. E. Glover, <br />Albert 0. Helseth, Frank C. Vickers and W. C. Graves, Jr. Also present were Wm. W. Frick, <br />Sheriff, Chas. A. Mitchell, Attorney for the Board and Douglas Baker, Clerk. <br />The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. <br />Douglas Baker, Clerk was authorized to purchase County Court Minute Book Number 4, <br />and Satisfaction of Mortgages and Liens Book number 11. <br />Verdict of coroners jury in the matter of the inquest on the body of Clarence <br />Fertic was received and ordered filed. <br />Miss Leila M.
