<br />Commissioner Graves duly seconded the resolution, and upon being put to a vote the
<br />same was unamiously adopted.

<br />RESOLUTION - TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM KANVER BILL
<br />ACCOUNT TO INTEREST & SIDING FUNDS FOR ST. LUCIE
<br />COUNTY REFUNDING BONDS.
<br />Commissioner Graves introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption, to -
<br />WHEREAS, St. Lucie County, Florida, has heretofore caused to be issued Road and
<br />Bridge Refunding Bonds bearing date of July 1, 1939, to be exchanged for outstanding funded
<br />indebtedness of said St. Lucie County; and
<br />WHEREAS, of such indebtedness this County is justly indebtedrto said St. Lucie
<br />County in the proportionate share which has heretofore been established and fixed on the re-
<br />cords of the State Board of Administration, and for which proportionate share this Board has
<br />heretofore caused to be lodged with the Honorable W. V. Knott, State Treasurer as County
<br />Treasurer ex officio, Road and Bridge Refunding Bonds bearing the same date, interest rates,
<br />and terms of payment as the Road and Bridge Refunding Bonds provided to be issued by St.
<br />Lucie County: and said Honorable W. V. Knott has necessary instructions for the issuance of
<br />said bonds from time to time as the circumstances warrant; and
<br />WHEREAS, semi-annual interest coupons on said Road and Bridge Refunding Bonds of t
<br />County will become due and payable July 1, 1942, and it is the desire of this Board to make
<br />funds available for the payment of coupons maturing as set forth above, from such Refunding
<br />Bonds as are issued by the Honorable W. V. Knott under instructions heretofore furnished him:
<br />,NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF Indian River
<br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY ASSEMBLED:
<br />Sectionl. That the State Board of Administration, Tallahassee, Florida, be, and
<br />it is hereby, instructed and directed to cause sufficient funds now, or hereafter, credited
<br />to the Kanner Bill Account for this County's indebtedness to St. Lucie County to be transfer-
<br />red from said Kanner Bill Account to the Interest and Sinking Fund Account of said Refunding
<br />Bonds of this County issued to St. Lucie County, said transfer to be made in an amount which,
<br />after making due allowance for funds now in said Interest and Sinking Fund Account of said Re-
<br />funding Bonds, will be sufficient to provide for the payment of the coupons maturing as set
<br />forth in the preambles of this resolution from such of the Refunding Bonds of this County as
<br />have been or are hereafter issued by thelsaid Honorable W. V. Knott under instructions hereto-
<br />fore given him.

<br />ed to furnish certified copies of this resolution as follows: (a) Duplicates thereof to Hon -
<br />arable W. V. Knott, State'Treasurer as County Treasurer ex officio, Tallahassee, Florida,
<br />which certified copies will be the authority of the Honorable W. V. Knott and the State Board
<br />of Administration to do and perform all acts required to accomplish the purposes hereof: (b)
<br />One thereof to W. R. Lott, Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
<br />Florida, Ft. Pierce, Florida; (c) Duplicates thereof to R. E. Crummer & Company, Orlando,
<br />Florida.
<br />Commissioner Vickers duly seconded the resolution, and upon being put to a vote the
<br />same was unanimously adopted.
<br />Resolution was also adopted reguadti gtthe Board of Administration to transfer suf-
<br />ficient -funds from the Kanner Bill Account to the Interest and Sinking Fund account to providel
<br />for the payment of interest coupons due July 1, 1942, from Special Road & Bridge District No.4
