REAS, this Board,has moat on this, the sixth day of July, 1942s pursuant to such <br />notice and for the purposes aforesaid;_ and has considered said assessment roll, and has found <br />it unnecessary to increase the value fixed by the County Assessor of Taxes of any real estate <br />or personal property as shown on said roll; therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Flor <br />do hereby approve and confirm said tax assessment roll of said County for the year 1,942 -as <br />and as approved by the Comptroller of the State of. Florida <br />presented by the County Assessor of Taxes and do hereby declarewsaid,assessment'.roll and the <br />assessments shown thereon to have been reviewed andto be equalized, perfected and just. <br />The resolution waw duly seconded by Albert 0. M. Tuesday, 1,U;y 79 s 1942, in regular meeting with <br />the following members of the Board present: C. S. Michael, Chairman; S. E. Glover, Albert <br />0. Helseth, W. C. Graves, Zr., and Frank C. Vickers. Also present were'ft. W. Frick, Sheriff <br />Charles A.
