M. Tuesday, July 21, 19429 in special -meeting with"the following mem- <br />bers of the Board present; C. S. Michael, Chairman; S. E. Glover; Albert 0. Helseth and W. C. <br />Graves, Jr. Absent: Frank C. 'Vickers. Also present were Charles A.- Mitbhell, Attorney for <br />the Board, Wm. W. Frick, Sheriff, and Douglas Baker, Clerk. <br />Chairman Michael announced that this meeting was called for the purpose of consider- <br />ing the establishment of a venereal disease control program in Indian River County., <br />Local Doctors presents were McClellan, Kollar and -Harrell. Also present was Miss <br />Leila - M. Bunkley, County Nurse. <br />Dr. J. L. Hundley, Assistant Director, Venereal Disease Control Program, State <br />Board of Health and U. S. Public Service, together with E. S. Michael- Chairman <br />Date July 21st. 1942 <br />It was pointed out that the above program would cost the County a sum not to exceed <br />$300.00, in view of the�fact that a credit of $900.00 would be given the County because of <br />C <br />the present County Nurse. <br />After careful consideration, it was moved by W. C. Graves, Jr. seconded by S. E. <br />Glover and unanimously carried that the above outlin4ed program be accepted. <br />There being no further business on motion made, seconded and carried, the Board then <br />
