1-1 <br />TUESDAY. AUGUST.4, 1942 <br />I• <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County met at the Court House in ;I <br />Vero Beach, at 10:00 o'clock A. M. Tuesday, August 4 -i 1942, in regular meeting with the fol- <br />lowing members of the Board present; C. S. Michael, Chairman; S. E, Glover, Alberto. Helseth,i' <br />W. C. Graves Jr., and Frank C. Vickers. Also present were Tim. W. Frick, Sheriff, Charles A. <br />Mitchell, Attorney for the Bca rd, and Douglas Baker, Clerk. <br />Douglas Baker, Clerk, announced the following sums of money had been received by <br />i <br />him and placed in the Road and Bridge fund, as follows; Holmes & Raulison, $289.10, for a <br />Bridge at Lateral U and #1, Fellsmere, Leo Cahill, $50.00, partial' cost of constructing a <br />Bridge; M. D. Kersey, $20.00, rental on road machinery. The Clerk also reported having re - <br />i' the $660.28 Intangible Tax Fund State <br />ceived sum of from the of the and the same placed in <br />the General Revenue Fund. <br />i <br />On motion made by Commissioner Graves, seconded by Commissioner Vickers and carried,' <br />Douglas Baker, Clerk was,authorized to purchase a record for list of lands sold for taxes. <br />,i <br />Miss Leila M. Bunkley, County Nurse, appeared before the Board and filed a report <br />of her activities for the months of June and July 1942, as follows, to -wit: j <br />COUNTY NURSE'S MONTHLY REPORT <br />June & July, 1942 <br />!'
