Such <br />bills and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court. SEPTEMBER 1. 1942. <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, met at the <br />Court House in Vero Beach at MOO o'clock A. M. Tuesday, September 1, 1942, in regular meet- <br />ing with the following members of the Board present: Albert 0, Helseth, Chairman Pro Tem; <br />S. E. Glover, Frank C. Vickers and W. C. Graves, Jr. Absent: C. S. Michael. Also present <br />were Sherman N. Smith Jr., Attorney, Tim. W. Frick, Sheriff, and Douglas Baker, Clerk. <br />Verdict of coroners jury in the matter of the inquest on the body of Talmadge Ryall <br />was received and ordered filed. <br />Verdict of coroners jury in the matter of the inquest on the bodies of Willie Lacy <br />st al was teceived and ordered filed. <br />Notary Public Bond for Anne Eokhoff in the sum of $500.00, with. the American Surety <br />Company of New York as surety, was approved. <br />Deputy Sheriff bond for Garner A. Mole in the sum of $100.00 with Geo. Martin and <br />G. L. Harrell as sureties, was approved. <br />On motion made by Commissioner Glover, seconded by Commissioner Vickers the Board <br />approved admission of Francis Lawton Williams to Florida School for the Deaf and.Blind, St. i <br />Augustine, Florida. �r <br />f <br />A bill of costs from the Game & Fish Commission in the case of Lucy Warren, charged �I <br />with possession of undersized bass, was submitted to the Board and upon motion made by Commi.ss <br />inner Craves, seconded by Commissioner Glover the same was disapproved.
