County in exchange of a like amount of St. Lucie County refunding bonds. <br />Mr. Johnson of 'White Swan Bedding Company, 'West Palm Beach,, appeared before the <br />rs and mattresses <br />Board and submitted'a proposition to furnish mattresaccoversl plus additional cotton that may <br />be required in renovating the mattresses and pillows for the Jail, in the sum of approximately';` <br />;i <br />$150.00, which on motion made by W. C. Graves Jr. seconded by Albert 0. Helseth and carried <br />was approved. <br />i� <br />Miss Leila M. Bunkley, County burse, outlined the case of Willie Rimes to the <br />Board and expenditures, not to exceed an amount to be approved by Commissioner Graves, was <br />approved by the Board. <br />City Councilmen C. E. Cox and H. B. Connley, appeared before the Bc®rd and asked <br />w for an appropriation to be used for the purpose of constructing Negro rest rooms in the City <br />and on motion made by W. C. Graves Jr., seconded by Frank C. Vickers and carried it was order- <br />ed the sum of $300.00 be paid the City of Vero Beach for said purpose, from the General Reven-! <br />ue Fund. <br />Mr. C. E. Cox, of the Cox Funeral Home, requested the Board pay $35.00 for County <br />funerals in lieu of $25.00 which sum had been paid in the past. On motion made by W. C. Graves <br />Jr., seconded by Frank C. Vickers and carried, the request was granted. <br />A GREENU"BN T- S U R R E N C Y <br />THIS AGREWENT Executed this 10th day of July, 1942, between W. H. Surreny and Rosa <br />L. Surrency, his wife, hereinafter called the Owners, and Indian River County, Florida, a <br />body corporate, hereinafter called the County, WITNESSETH: <br />That the Owners have this day conveyed to the County a right-of-way for road pur- <br />poses situated in Indian River County, Florida, and described as follows, to -wit: <br />A strip or parcel of land 50 feet in width being 25 feet on each side of a Center <br />line described as follows: Beginning at a point on the center line of the present Blue Cypress <br />County road, said point being 3128 feet due east of the south-west corner of Section 14, <br />Twp. 32 South, Range 35 East, run North-easterly on a tangent line across Sections 14, 13 <br />and 12 of Twp. 32 South, Range 35 Bast to a point on the Range line between Range 35 and <br />Range 36, said point being 6959.51 feet East and 2094.5 feet North of the S. W. corner of the <br />Southeast quarter of Section 11, Trip. 32 South, Range 35 East (note of explanation:- the <br />I above described point on the Range line is 33.2 feet north of Similar Center line described <br />in D. B. 32, page 193, for the purpose of making the Southerly line of the above described <br />right-of-way correspond to the South Rtw. line a strip or parcel of land described in said <br />D. B. 32.9 page 193) ; <br />and subject to the provisions and conditions contained in such deed. <br />In consideration of such conveyance and of the mutual covenants of the parties here- <br />in contained and of other good and valuable considerations received by each party hereto from <br />the other party hereto, the parties to this instrument do agree as follows: <br />i' That so long as said right-of-way is used by the County the said County shall, at <br />I , <br />the point where said right-of-way crosses the easterly boundary of the property of the Owners <br />and enters property now owned by B. L.
