<br />The several bills and accounts against the County, having been audited, were ex-
<br />amined and fouad correct, were approved and warrants issued in settlement of same. Such
<br />bills and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court. The
<br />warrants so issued from the respective funds being listed.in the Supplemental. Minute Book,
<br />as provided by the rules of the State Auditor, reference to such record and the list so re-
<br />corded being made a part of these minutes.

<br />The County Depository filed its monthly statement, showing receipts and disburse-
<br />ments of the various funds, which having been audited were found to be oorreot.
<br />There being no further business, on motion made, seconded and carried the board
<br />then :adjourned to meet at 1Ot00 o'clock A. M. Wednesday, Ootobe r 14, 142.

<br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, met at the
<br />Court House in Vero Beaoh at 10:00 o'clock A. M. Wednesday, October 14, 19429 in a regular
<br />a4journed meeting with the following members of the Board present: C. S. Miehael, Chairman:
<br />W. C. Graves, Jr., Albert 0. Helseth., S'. E. Glover and Frank C. Vickers. Also present were
<br />Charles A. Mitchell, Attorney to the.Board,-Wm. W. Friok, Sheriff and Douglas Baker, Clerk,
<br />It was ordered that the Clerk of this Board prepare the ballot for the General
<br />Election and he was instructed to.have printed thereon all names of candidates certified by -
<br />the Secretary of State and all candidates certified by the County Canvasing Board of the
<br />Democratic Party for County and District offices, as well as all constitutional amendments
<br />certified by Secretary of State be printed thereon, as well as blank spaces where no nominee
<br />has been filed for an office.
<br />Hon. Geh. T. Tippin, Supervisor of Registration, was instructed "to *rite Hon. R.
<br />A. Gray, Secretary of State, with regard to publishing the list of qualified eleotors.
<br />As provided by law the Board then proceeded to revise the registration books of
<br />the County as follows, to -wit:
<br />Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida have met as provided by law -and examined and revised the registration books
<br />of said County and have erased therefrom the names of all such as have died or removed from
<br />the County or from one District to another in the County or who are otherwise disqualified
<br />to vote and that a list of the names that have been erased or taken from the registration
<br />books of each District in said County, either by the Supervisor of Registration or said
<br />Board of County Commissioners is hereinafter listed as follows:
