Vii, Tuesday, Wuly 6, 1943, in regular meeting with the <br />following members of the 'Board presents W. C. Graves, Zr. Chairman: Albert 0, Helseth, C. <br />E. Barkoskie and Frank C. Vickers. Absent. S. Be Mover. Also present were Im. W. Friok, <br />.Sheriff, Cbarles A. Mitchell, Attorney for the Board, and Douglas Baker, Clerk. <br />---The tax books being ready to be returned t® the Tag Assessor for the purpose of ex- <br />tending the taxes thereon as provded by the law the Board of County Comissioners took up the <br />matter of making an estimate of the necessary expenses for the fiscal year from October lot, <br />1943 to the 30th day,of September, 1944, and having ooa sidered the receipts estimated by t <br />Cleric and the Tax Assessor having given full oonsideration to the needs and necessities of <br />the County and the requirements for the different purposes to meet the expenses during the <br />said fiscal year, have determined and do hereby declare thefollowingto be the expenses <br />and all special and extraordinary expenses contemplated: for the fiscal year next ensuing and <br />for whish the revenue for the year 1943 from ad valorem taxation and the estimated receipts <br />from other sources will be available. <br />t ENRM REiiE.M.
