<br />I, May C ' death, of the County of Indian River State of Florida, being the owner
<br />of Tax Sale Certificates No. 1861 dated; the 5th day of August, 1929 in"theas+1,of $13.05 and
<br />No. 5545 dated the 4th da,y of Sept. 1943, in the sum of $12.17, total 025.22 covering.the
<br />following described property, to -wit:
<br />Lot 4.Klock 20 City of Vem Beach.
<br />hereby Snake application to your Honorable Body to issue a duplicate Tax Sale Certificates in
<br />lieu ref the original described herein for the following reasons.
<br />(1) That . said. Tax Sale Certificates were purchased by me at the M -,not sale of 8-29-
<br />1938 for which I paid the sum of #13.31.
<br />(2) That said Tax :Sale Certifioates, or any interest therein, has not been hypothe-
<br />Dated, sold, assigned., transferred or delivered by me and I have received no consideration
<br />.11 therefor.
<br />(3) That said Tax Sale, -Certificates has been lost or destroyed and that I have
<br />made diligent search and am:unable to locate said certificates.
<br />(4) That if duplicate Certificates is issued in lieu thereof and the originals
<br />should at any time be 1®sated, the same will be surrenderdd to the Clerk of the Circuit Court
<br />of Indian River County for cancellation.
<br />(5) That I, - May C. Heaths as a further consideration acknowledge myself held and
<br />', firmly bound unto . Douglas Baker, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, and his
<br />swoessors in office, in the sutra of 050.44, being double the amount of the Face value of
<br />said Tax Certificates, for payment whereof well and truly to be made, I bind myself, heirs,
<br />executors and administrators firmly by these presents should said Certificate be presented
<br />by any person whomsoever, assigned or otherwise, for paymenit.or application for Tax Deed
<br />thereon.
<br />I solemnly swear, or affirm, that the statements contained herein in .support of my
<br />application for issuance . of duplicate Tax Sale Certificate, are true and correotf, So help me
<br />I�God.
