<br />Ing members of the Board present: V. C. Graves, dr., Chairman: filbert ®. Helseth, G. E.
<br />.I'' Barkoskie, Frank C. Vickers and S. E. Glover. Also present were Um. W. Frick, Sheriff, Charle�
<br />A. Mitchell, Attorney for the Board, and Douglas Baker, Clerk.
<br />Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
<br />Notary Public Bond for Dorothy L. Zeuoh in the sum of $500 with American Surety
<br />Company of New York as surety, was approved September 17, 19430 by Douglas Baker, Clerk Cir-
<br />euit Court under Chapter 21765, Daws of Florida, 1943 session.
<br />It was ordered Amy Newton, colored, be removed from the Paupers List.

<br />It was ordered the sum of $25 be paid to Dixon V. Herring, Treasurer State Associa-
<br />tion of County Commissioners, Tallahassee, Florida-, from the General Revenue Fund representing,l
<br />a portion of the cost needed to prosecute a test case through the State Supreme Court to
<br />clarify Chapter 22079 of the 1943 session of the Legislature which amended the 1941 Real Estate
<br />Tax Law.
<br />Miss Leila M. Bunkley, County Nurse, appeared before the Board and filed a report
<br />of her activities for the month of September, 19439 as follows to -wit:
