Upon recommendation of Miss Buakley, the <br />Board agreed that these services be rendered at a cost not to exceed $25.00 in each case. Miss <br />Bunkley reported the Kiwanis Club would assume the hospitalization charges of $20.00 for each <br />case. The Fredel case at Fellsmere was also discussed and was more or less left to the de- <br />cision of Miss Buakley and Commissioner Barkoskie of Fellsmere. <br />Auditors Report #2609 was presented to the Board in connection with provisions of i! <br />Section 125.09, Florida Statutes 19419 and ordered filed as a part of the public records of <br />Indian River County. <br />The name of Dr. P. T. McClellan, Vero Beach, was suggested to the Florida :hate <br />of Health with regard to a medical advisor in the control of communicable diseases in Indian <br />River County. <br />Mr. Chesnutt appeared before the Board with regard to the drainage of a road ditch <br />in connection with his property on Emerson Avenue. The Board advised Mr. Chesnutt that they <br />had no authority with regard to the said ditch under the existing circumstances which was out - <br />nod by Dar.
