<br />Gentlemen:
<br />I, J. M. Knight, of the County of Indian River State of Florida, being the owner of Tax
<br />Sale Certificate No. 30 dated the 4th day of August 1941, in the sum of $32.16 covering the
<br />following described property, to -wit:
<br />All section 14, Township 31 South, Range 35 East
<br />hereby make application to your Honorable Body to issue a duplicate Tax Sale Certificate in
<br />lieu of the original described herein for the following reasons:
<br />(1) That said Tax Sale Certificate was purchased by me at the regular sale of 19 ford
<br />which I paid the sum of $.—

<br />(2) That said Tax Sale Certificate, or any interest therein, has not been hypothecated,j
<br />sold, assigned, transferred or delivered by me and I have received no consideration therefor. it
<br />(3) That said Tax Sale Certificate has been lost or destroyed and that I have made dili4l,
<br />gent search and am unable to locate said certificate. i
<br />(4) That if duplicate Certificate is issued in lieu thereof and the original should at
<br />any time be located, the same will be surrendered to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian
<br />River County for cancellation.
<br />(5) That I, J. M, Knight, as a further consideration acknowledge myself held and firmly
<br />bound unto Douglas Baker, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, and his successorsl,l
<br />in office, in the sum of 64 32/100, being double the amount of the face value of said Tag
<br />Certificate, for payment whereof well and truly to be made, I bind myself, heirs, executors and
<br />administrators firmly by these presents should said Certificate be presented by any person
<br />whomsoever, assigned or otherwise, for payment or application for Tax Deed thereon.
<br />I solemnly swear, or affirm, that the statements contained herein in support of my ap-
<br />plication for issuance of duplicate Tag Sale Certificate, are true and correct.
