<br />the following members of the Board present: W. C. Grave,6, Jr., Chairman; Albert 0.-Helseth;
<br />IS. Ew Glover; G. E. Barkoskie and Frank C. Vickers. Also present were Charles A. Mitchell, At-
<br />torney to the Board; dim. W. Frick, Sheriff; E. E. Carter, County Engineer and Doublas .Baker,

<br />The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
<br />The tag books being ready to be returned to the Tax Assessor for the purpose of extend -
<br />FJ ing the `taxes thereon as providdd by the law the Hoard of County Commissioners took up the mat-
<br />ter of making an estimate of the necessary expenses for the fiscal year From October 1st, 1944
<br />to the 30th day of September, 1945, and having considered the receipts estimated by the Clerk
<br />+land the Tax. Assessor having given fully consideration to the needs and necessities of the County
<br />and the requirements for the different purposes to meet the expenses during the said fiscal year, 1
<br />],have determined and do hereby declare the following to be the expenses and all special and extra','
