Moody, Tax Collector, appeared before the Board and presented a list <br />hof errors, insolvency and double assessments as to the 1943 Intangible and Real estate roll <br />which was approved. <br />The following Resolution was introduced by Commissioner Helseth who moved its adoption <br />�as follows, to -wit: <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, <br />does herewith determine that all that portion of the monies received by said Board by virtue of <br />the provisions of Chapter 550, Florida Statutes, during the budgetary year 1944-1945, in excess <br />I <br />of $25,000 thereof which shall be retained by this Board, be converted into the County School <br />(fund and paid over to the Board of Public Instruction of Indian River County, when and as such <br />excess aocrues'and is received. <br />The Motion for the adoption of the Resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner Barkos- <br />kie and unanimously adopted. <br />The Clerk of the Circuit Court prepared a supplement to estimated revenues from sources <br />lother than for taxes for the fiscal year 1944-1945, the said supplement estimates having been <br />properly verified under oath were ordered spread upon the minutes of the Board and the original <br />to be filed as part of the records of the Board and is in words and figures as follows: <br />GENERAL REVENUE FUND <br />Cash; balance (additional amount by reason of intangible receipts) $1125.00 <br />Receipts from Countyts portion of intangible taxes 81125.00 <br />Total $2250.00 <br />The Chairman announced that this regular meeting was held, among other things for the <br />purpose of considering and acting upon and adopting the estimates of the expense for the;f4scal <br />year commencing October 1, 1944 and ending September 30th, 19459 which was prepared anslenter'ed <br />1 <br />0 <br />1 <br />0 <br />1 <br />1 <br />11 <br />
