<br />levied and that the tax rate as hereinafter shown and set Forth, be and it is hereby levied on
<br />mall taxable property in Indian River County, Florida, for the year 1944, with the rate herein -

<br />In order to meet the estimated current expenses of the County of Indian River of the sum of

<br />ilund, to meet the current expenses as estimated in the budget.
<br />To cover the amount of the estimated expenses for keeping the County Rdeds in good shape
<br />Viand for the aonstruction'an d repairing of bridges and other necessary expenses to keep the roads
<br />of the County In good,condition and provide other roads when necessary of $619622.589 it is de-
<br />termined and hereby deolared that a tax rate of Two and one-fifth (2 1/5) mills upon the dollar
<br />be levied, assessed and is hereby imposed upon all of the property lying and being in the County
<br />it of Indian River on the first day of January, 1944, to meet the current expenses of the County as'I
<br />estimated in the budget for the ROAD & BRIDE FUND.
<br />To meet the interest payments and provide a sinking fund for the ultimate redemption of
<br />County Court House bonds, in pursuance of the requirements of the law the sum of $6,122.98, it
<br />is determined and hereby declared that a tax rate of Three fifths (3/5) mills upon the dollar
<br />be levied, assessed, and is hereby imposed upon all the property lying and being in the County
<br />of Indian River on the first day of January, 1944, for INDIAN RI RCOUNTY COURT HOUSE BOERS

<br />According to the millage so determined, fixed, assessed the total`:a.l.agei� be entered in
