<br />Present at this meeting were E. W. Vickers, as Mayor and First Executive Officer of.
<br />Jthe City of Sebastian; R. G. Hardee, as President of the City Council and Head of the Legisla- .
<br />,;!tive of the City of Sebastian, and Mrs Elizabeth W. Rose, as Tax Assessor of the City of Sebas
<br />tian.
<br />The Board of County Commissioners and the above designated and described officials of
<br />said Municipality of Sebastian then entered into a discussion of the price of each parcel of
<br />land to be fixed in connection with the sale thereof under provisions of said Chapter 22079.
<br />The Board of County Commissioners and said designated officials of the City of Sebas-
<br />tian unanimously and jointly determined and agreed that the price of all of such land situated
<br />,within the corporate limits of the City of Sebastian should be 50f of the amount of the last
<br />;assessed valuation appearing upon the County Tax Roll.

<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 22079 of the laws of Florida, Indian
<br />River County, Florida has acquired title to the lands hereinafter described, and the City Coun-
<br />cil of the City of Vero Beach, Florida, being the governing body of such municipality, and being
<br />a public board of said county, has concurred in and requested, by proper resolution, the dedica-
<br />tion to public use and purposes of the lands hereinafter described by'the Board of County Com-
<br />;missioners of said county; and the same having been duly considered by said Board of County
<br />Commissioners; therefore,

<br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida;
<br />does hereby dedicate to public use and purposes the lands hereinafter described, situated in
<br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
